I liked that the elevators beeped at each floor. it was a nice little detail. The pool area was nice and clean, which made it a good spot to chill after a long day. Overall, it was a really good experience!

Having to ask for a third towel when we had booked for four people was a minor inconvenience, as it would have been more convenient to have enough towels ready in the room. Additionally, having no whirlpool facilities for a relaxing soak feels like a miss, especially considering some guests might appreciate that option for comfort or relaxation after a long day.
